The Illustrous student of the God of Percussion - The great Palani. Sad for all rasikas in South India, you chose Canada as your work place. Canada must have given lot to you. But what made them give you all those??? Your art. From where did you get this art??? From India. Sir, you should have stayed in India, its not too late. Please come and spend few years here, please teach deserving students. Palani has given you all that he had. Similarly pass on that legacy to any deserving one so that Palani bani never dies.

Thought I'd search for you once I found out about your upcoming concert in Fredericton (not possible for us to make it, sorry  Hoped you'd extend your visit down this way, but not this time around.

We've been here 3-1/2 years, with Mariella (5-1/2 yrs.) and Barrett (1-1/2 yrs.) teaching privately, church-music directing, performing here and there (solo stuff, mostly) and I started a caroling company a little over 2 years ago.
Say hello to Dylan, Tom and Gillian, Shadell, Darryl H, anyone you see on our behalf.
We've connected with Steve Roe down here, and I've seen Ryan Billington from time to time, too.
